The requirements for the driving license class at EQQO depend on the job description. While a class BE driving license is perfectly sufficient for normal green space maintenance, it is essential for other job offers, such as gully cleaning or operating special machinery, to have a class C/CE driving license.

If you are still unsure, don’t worry! At EQQO, we have in-house driving instructors who not only provide intensive training during onboarding, but also in-depth driving training to address any uncertainties that may arise, because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

We realize that the coordination of tasks may be a bit overwhelming at first. However, we will guide you until you feel confident enough to approach your work with joy and motivation.

First and foremost, your motivation is the basic requirement for a good working relationship. Those who are motivated enjoy their work, and those who enjoy their work are usually reliable. And that’s exactly what we’re looking for!

A driver’s license is quite important for working at EQQO. If you still feel insecure about your driving skills, don’t worry; we are aware that municipal work demands different skills than long routes with starts and finishes on the highway. That’s why we offer thorough and extensive driving training from our in-house driving instructors, so that you also feel safe at work at the end of the day.

In addition, you should be willing to drive right-hand drive vehicles as a driver of special-purpose machines, be able to concentrate at work, be able to adapt to route trips on route tours and be willing to travel.

The travel requirement is an assembly readiness of 10 to 12 weeks per year. EQQO organizes everything so that you are relaxed and accommodated in a hotel with breakfast included.

Our drivers are trained by our in-house EQQO driving instructor and well-guided from the start, so that in the end everyone can feel safe. During the induction or a refresher course, we prefer everyone to take the time they need to be able to do a good job.
